Things like what kind of neighborhoods you are interested in, how many bedrooms, bathrooms, areas you are looking in. I want to be on the same page with you so I can deliver exactly what you are looking for. 
From there I’ll point you in a couple directions to get a loan if you are a cash buyer we will skip this step. Shopping for a loan is important and I will give you the different options of lenders because choosing the right lender can save you up to $30,000 across the life of your loan.
Once we find you the right home I’ll write up an offer for you and will make it competitive. Our offer win percentage is over 82.5%. This is because we do research on what the seller wants to make sure both parties are on the same page. Once we are under contract my job doesn’t stop there. Ill book inspections for you and negotiate to keep helping you save money through closing costs. On average we save our clients $4300 even after being under contract.

Here's What You'll Get As A Seller

Goals and Finding the Perfect Loan:
First my goal will be to know a couple things 1 how much you still owe on your current home, 2 how fast you need to get your home sold, and why you are wanting to get your home sold. From there we will talk about things like price, marketing, market knowledge and expectations.
After we have finalized all the paperwork and picked our price we are going to come on the market for we immediately start our marketing procedures. On top of what your supposed to do as an agent such as put a sign in the yard, take pictures and video, we start our marketing even before it goes live to bring tons of activity to your home.

Marketing: 
How we are able to sell homes so fast over list price is our marketing specifically our online marketing. We do google ads, facebook ads, youtube ads, and send your home to thousands of local agents to get thousands of eyes on your property within the first few days. We also have hundreds of active buyers in our database just waiting for the right home so we also send it to them.
Negotiating and Support:
Negotiating on offers we get. Every offer we get ill be negotiating the best terms for you that works best for you and your family. This is things like close date, price, rent back, repairs, appraisal value because my goal is to protect yo as my client and get the best deal for you. Negotiating doesn’t stop until your home is sold that’s why we have been able to have the highest satisfaction rate.
